The Coconut Bread


The Coconut Bread is one of the delicacies that can be tasted in our country muu famous tourist sites like the beaches of Tela, but can be found in almost all tourist sites as Omoa and the City as in San Pedro Sula " SPS downtown there is a famous Mr preparing some delicious breads coconut "acontinuacion presents the recipe that enjoy:
# 1 1 / 2 grated coconuts
# 3 pounds of flour for bread
# 3 tbsp. Yeast
# 1 / 4 cup lukewarm water
# 1 tbsp. margarine
# 3 1 / 2 tbsp. sugar
# 3 cditas. salt

Pele and grated coconuts. Add about 2 1 / 2 cups lukewarm water. Mix well. Esprime milk. Dissolve yeast in 1 / 4 cup warm water, add a tbsp. sugar and a dessert. flour. Once you've uploaded yeast add remaining ingredients. Amasela well until smooth. If you feel that the dough is a little hard, you can add a little more coconut milk. In a large fret gets the dough, is plugged with a blanket and let it climb to twice the volume, approximately two hours. Divide the dough into portions, which depend on the size of the molds used to bake. Kneading and forming the loaves and place in greased molds. Let climb back to double its volume.
